My husband and I couldn’t be more opposite as far as food goes. He’s a big vegetable eater, I’m a big fruit eater. - 1 Cabbage, cut into 6 wedges with the core removed
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings
- 1 Tablespoon white sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- One 28 ounce can whole tomatoes, drained and broken up
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
